Similar to Dutch Smoked Gouda, this firm cheese has a pleasant Hickory smoke aroma. It grates and melts just like dairy cheese. Add cubes to your cheeseboard or grill into a sandwich for a delicious dairy-free treat. Pair this cheese with our gratable Mozzarella for a delicious fondue.

This is a refrigerated product. After opening- store in an airtight container in your refrigerator and use within 10 days. Do not freeze as freezing will disrupt the creamy texture of the cheese.
