Shipping Policy

Products will be shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is received. However, if the order contains Customized Flour/Atta, it may take up to 48 hours for the shipment.

The products will reach the shipping address within 6 hours of the shipment time.

If the concerned society does not allow the delivery associate to enter the society, the customer is expected to pick the products from the delivery associate at the society gate/entrance. However, the products can be placed at the society allocated area on customers request and, in that case, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to collect the products and Roshan Vegan focus will not be responsible for any kind of consequences on their own.

The Cash on delivery parcels will not be placed at the society gate/place.
